Welcome to the 240th edition of the Levo Update Show. Here are the highlights:
- Happy Father’s Day – Dads, keep doing what you are doing, and I hope you enjoyed your weekend as much as I did.
- Suns Out Guns Out – It’s getting hot in the gym, so clothes are flying off. And, might I say, ya’ll are looking pretty damn good. Congrats on the fitness gains and keep them rolling as we progress through the heat and business of the summer. We will do our best to keep things safe and cool so you can keep rolling with your health and fitness progression.
- Mr. Sean! – He didn’t want to come on Saturday for the partner workout, but he did anyway and it was the best choice he could have made. Listen to the video to hear why it was such a good decision to hit a partner workout.
