At CrossFit Levo, we want to see each and every member progress. Greater levels of health, wellness, and capability are incredible important to our membership and we want to deliver.

The problem is that for most athletes, unless you are an unlimited member hitting 5-6 workouts a week, it can be very difficult to continue seeing great results.

In order to fight against the inevitable plateau, we have weekly challenges to help you progress your movement and mobility. These are designed to be done inside and outside the gym so that you keep improving and stay healthy.
