September Block + Back-to-School Special

Hi team,

We’re kicking off a 4-week September block built around clear strength focus each day and metcons that are intentional, effective, and scalable.

What’s on deck (Mon–Fri)

Monday – Front Squat 3×12
Big sets to build leg strength and position. Metcon is a steady, gritty AMRAP that keeps you moving without redlining.

Tuesday – Power Clean E2MOM (4 singles x 10:00)
Fast, crisp singles—no touch-and-go. Metcon is a quick triplet with 250m row or 200m run (combos allowed) to keep turnover high.

Wednesday – DB Alt Front Rack Lunge 3×12
Unilateral strength and trunk stability. Metcon pairs shoulder pressing and gymnastics with short runs to elevate heart rate without becoming the limiter.

Thursday – Bent Row (Supinated) 3×12
Strict pulling and tempo control. Metcon is a classic chipper with 500m row or 400m run (combos allowed) plus wall balls, pull-ups, and a manageable deadlift.

Friday – Arms: Barbell Curl 3×8 + KB French Press 3×8
Accessory love for elbow health and pressing power. Metcon is a 20-minute AMRAP built to be a smooth, sustainable grind—keep moving, don’t spike.

Our Metcon concept this block

Expect 5–20 minute pieces that rotate cardio, gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and strength exposures. The goal is stamina and consistency: move continuously, choose weights/variations you can repeat under fatigue, and finish workouts feeling trained—not torched. Every day has Rx+, Rx, and Scaled options so you can stay in the intended stimulus and progress week to week.
