A brand-new training block kicks off this week — and it’s all about power and mobility.
You’ll see barbell complexes that challenge strength and coordination, E2MOM lifts with 1:1 rest for focused intensity, and accessory days that build control and resilience.
Expect a mix of:
- Heavy barbell work that builds raw power.
- Integrated mobility during rest to move better, not just lift heavier.
- Short, punchy metcons on strength days (6–12 minutes).
- Longer, grindy conditioning on accessory days (12–25 minutes).
This block will make you stronger, smoother, and more explosive — both in and out of the gym.
