Murph Recap, Dirty Dishes, and What’s Next

Team,

Murph was nothing short of epic. We had 50–60 people show up, throw down, and then crush 6 pounds of bacon, 2 pounds of sausage, and 4 pounds of hamburger like it was nothing. That’s not a workout, that’s a culture builder. And it’s exactly what makes Levo different. Expect more of these.

To everyone who came out—I said it to many of you, and I meant it: I’m proud of you. I don’t say that lightly. You had options. You chose to suffer, sweat, and honor our fallen soldiers with us. That means something.

Also, shoutout to me for spending 90 minutes cleaning up after you dirty bastards. Worth it. You deserve a clean space to flush out the remnants of Murph.

Now, even though it’s a deload week, get into the gym. Consistency and health don’t take days off. Deload doesn’t mean disappear. Move, recover, reset. The week after? You’re mine. I’m taking over programming.

Why not Mayhem or some pre-packaged plan?
Simple: I want epic clarity.
Me → coaches → you → back to me.
Full circle. No confusion, no fluff—just effective, aligned training.

So:

  • Check your emails.
  • Remind your training partners.
  • Coaches, tell your classes.
  • And for the love of all things heavy, make sure I’m not in your spam folder.

Emails will be the primary way I communicate what’s coming, and I’ll be fully transparent. No surprises—unless it’s burpees. Then maybe.

I’m proud of all of you. Now #keepmoving.
