Murph, Progress, Just Meats, & 25%ers

Hello Levo Family,

Welcome to the 234th edition of the Levo Update Show. Here are the highlights:

  • Murph – We will see a heavy dose of running, pullups, pushups, and squats on Mondays in preparation for Murph.  Embrace the Suck!… or talk to the coach about what progression is best for you to get better and stay healthy. 😊    
  • Progress – Keep up the grind with the Olympic Lifting and the OHS.  Little improvements will lead to bigger ones and massive changes over time.  Stick with it!

  • 25%ers – The quarterfinal qualifiers completed their workouts this week and weekend!  It was awesome to watch them compete.  Each one had high points and low points, but every one of them has my respect.  It takes a lot to throw yourself into the competitive arena.  And, whether first or last, anyone who does that has my 100% respect.  Well done people!
