Memorial Day is almost here, and you know what that means—it’s time for Murph!
This iconic workout isn’t just about pushing limits—it’s a powerful tribute to Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who’ve served. It’s one of our favorite ways to come together as a community, sweat with purpose, and show what we’re made of.

Here’s the game plan:
🔹 Heats are live in Wodify – Reserve your spot ASAP! If you’re bringing friends (yes, do it!), make sure they’re in your heat too and that you help them stay safe and supported.
🔹 Stick together – Murph hits different with friends by your side. Support each other through every rep.
🔹 Post-Murph Breakfast! – We’ve got eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes ready to roll. Want to contribute? Check out the Google Doc in the Wodify announcements and let us know what deliciousness you’re bringing (not required, but appreciated)

You’ve earned it: Deload Week is up next. Time to recover, reset, and gear up for our new strength block!
We’ll be focusing on:

- 🏋️♀️ Deadlift
- 🏋️ Bench Press
Nothing crazy—just solid, foundational strength work to build that strong base. Think of it as sharpening your tools before the next big push.
