If you’ve been training at high intensity for awhile, are transitioning gyms, or just want to throw yourself in the mix, these options are for you.  With the average hourly rate of personal training being roughly $60-$80 or more, these monthly options are incredibly valuable.  They offer the opportunity to get the results of personal training, the compliance from community support, and the consistency necessary for massive change, all at a fraction of the price of a personal trainer.
