New block, same Mission: Progress

We just wrapped up a strong four-week cycle focused on building foundational strength and mobility—front squats, lunges, deadlifts, pull-ups, overhead press, and bench press. You’ve been moving with intent, building muscle, and laying the groundwork. Now it’s time to shift gears.

This week, we deload. That means intensity stays up, but the volume drops just enough to let your body recover and adapt. It’s an essential part of the process—less grind, more gain. After this, we’ll roll into our next four-week block where we start applying all that strength into new movement patterns. Think Olympic lifts: clean and jerks, snatch skill work, and power snatches. These lifts are technical, powerful, and incredibly rewarding.

If that sounds intimidating—don’t sweat it. You don’t need to be a seasoned lifter to start learning these movements. Your coaches know how to scale everything to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new or leveling up, you’ll get the right version of the workout to improve safely and effectively. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, trusting the process, and putting in the work.
