How to Get Access to the Levo Up Body Building and At-Home Workouts
As I have mentioned in the last few Levo Update Show’s (sent out every Sunday to keep you up to date), we are always trying to add value to your membership. We have added 2 new programs that come with any type of membership. They are awesome and free:
- Levo Up Body Building – it is programmed everyday to help you focus on strength development but also accessory movements that improve your body’s resiliency to training. “It ain’t always rainbows, butterflies, and unicorns!” The price of improvement sometimes involves discomfort if not pain. This Free Program helps reduce the negatives while speeding you toward your goals!
- At-Home Programming – it is designed to help anyone who travels or simply can’t make it to the gym because of busy schedules. These are generally body weight, or very light weight exercise routines that will help you maintain your progression even when you can’t make it to the gym!
How do I get access/Log my workout?
