Dball bear hug hold (100,70)

*switch after row

AMRAP 8:

15 Dball step-ups (100,70)

hollow rock hold

*switch after step-ups

AMRAP 8:

100’ lunge (50’s,35’s)

Dball wall sit

*switch after lunge
*Dball can be on shoulders or in a bear hug for step-ups.

*Db’s in hang for lunge.

*Rest 1 minute between AMRAP’s.
