Baseline Week, Nutrition, & Shout-outs

Hello Friends,

Welcome back to the 157th edition of the Levo Update Show. Here are the highlights:

  • Baseline Week – The latest cycle has ended. Hopefully you saw improvement over the last month in your squats, cleans, presses, and pullups. Baseline week will separate us from the next cycle, so be ready to crush it. Remember, baseline week is designed to gage your improvement… or remind you what you still need to develop. Don’t stress if you don’t have massive PR’s. Take the data and work a solution.
  • Nutrition – It is up and running! Antoinette and I put a lot of work into it and we feel that it is not only a very solid program, but something that will create the compliance and longevity that most people need!!!   • Shout-Outs – There are 2 for this week. First is Ms. Ali from the 6PM class. Second is Mr. Sean from the 445. Both are shining examples of commitment, consistency, and longevity. And for their hard work they are seeing massive improvement. Congratulations to both and continue the hard work!
