Big Wins, Kindness, and Clothing
There was a big win this weekend. Yes, Notre Dame beat Clemson in double overtime to secure there spot in the ACC championship game and most likely secure a #1 ranking. The world sighs a breath of relief as Notre Dame regains its rightful place on top of the college football landscape. We can now rest easy.
Furthermore, the pandemic is likely over as celebrations over this win spilled from South Bend, Indiana into large metropolitan areas like New York. I did not hear much from the broadcasters on these happening, so I guess we are all clear now. Yippee!
Okay, okay, okay. I am kidding a little here. But it is important for us to be respectful and kind as our country progresses into new leadership. We have a large and diverse community and I don’t want to see it tarnished by political ugliness. Let’s cut each other slack, respect opposing views, and move forward in maximizing capacities and killing chronic disease.
Aside from that, lets up the focus on cleaning the plates. I’ve noticed more chalk marks remaining on plates and I have personally increased the amount I clean my plates. Remember, chalk marks = dirty surface. Let’s stay clean so we can stay open.
Also, we will continue to prioritize ventilation. Weather has been amazing, but we all know that will change. Start dressing in layers or have some heavier gear to keep you warm because fans will be on and doors will be open to some extent for every class. It won’t be fun in late January when it’s 10 degrees… but, cold and open is always better than closed!
We have another fun week with building our squat mastery, while improving our overall fitness. The sneak peek at the week will discuss everything in detail.
See you soon, sapiens!
Good Luck and #keepmoving
