Partner vs. Partner
First Half (10 Minutes)*:
15 Russian KBS (70/53)
10 Box Jump (24/20)
Half time (5 minutes)
Second Half (10 Minutes)*:
15 Wall Ball (20/14)
7 Burpees
This wod works just like a football game. When a partner is working, they must complete all the work unbroken. It results in a “turnover” and the round doesn’t count. After 5 minutes, partners switch. Whatever number they were on, they will continue with the other movement. P2 starts the second half.
