24 Minute AMRAP

1 round of triplet

Round # of Burpees

400m partner run E8M

3 Clean & Jerk (135/95)

6 Push-Up

9 Sit-up

At the start of the AMRAP, partners run 400m, then work the remaining time. It will start with 1 round of the triplet, then 1 burpee. 1 round of triplet, then 2 burpee. 1 round of triplet, then 3 burpee and so on. Partners will run again at 8 minute mark and 16 minute mark continuing with whatever round they left off on. Break up the work anyway you choose.
