40 Burpee Box Jump (30/24)

30 Snatches (135/75 lb)

40 Burpee Box Jump (30/24)

30 Snatches (165/100 lb)

40 Burpee Box Jump (30/24)

Max Snatches (210/120 lb)
*Break up reps any way you choose

This workout is modified from 13.1 but added in a high box jump to assist with hitting full hip extension needed for the snatches
